It’s a new year! Through PE-Nut we work to encourage your students to eat healthier and be more physically active. Teachers are working very hard to be healthy role models for your children (and each other). We cannot expect children to make healthy choices if we don’t! This newsletter shares some ways we can continue to encourage a healthy lifestyle.

Construction begins Monday, October 20th in the Annapolis Parking Lot, Playground, and Sidewalks. Students will enter and exit Polk through alternate doors during construction. Please see map for temporary entrance and exit locations.

Our elementary schools are looking for help in our cafeterias. We are looking to hire lunchroom supervisors. The job consists of about 2 1/2 hours each day and pays $10/hour to start. If interested, please contact Char Cotton at 313-203-0343.
